Service Description

This is a one on one session that is split into 2 parts. The first part involves asking a series of questions and tapping into certain patterns. Identifying certain patterns in your behavior can help me establish which energy center(s) needs balancing. After determining the energy centers and cleansing them. You will receive your assignment for that week. The assignment will include tools and resources to help work with that specific Energy Center. (videos, meditations, affirmations ect... Part 2 of this session come a week after the first. We will do a review and look into your current energy. We will then dig deeper into the energy center we discussed. There we will find " the roots" where your trauma dwells and work through the most significant. It will be determined in the first session whether you need Crystal healing or Reiki. By the end of this session you will have accomplished a few things.... 1.Speaking Your Truth 2.Self Work ( Affirmation, Meditations) 3.Pin pointing your most significant trauma You will be sent a Chakra box. It will includes tools and resources specific to your energy center(s) that we worked on throughout the session. Preventative care after the session may be necessary depending on the person(s). Always be kind to yourself and don't rush your healing process. *Spiritual baths can consist of sea salt or table salt, and clean water.
